Since the mid-nineties, the native Austrian has held various management positions for well-known internationally active companies in Germany, Europe, and the Asian region.
Thanks to his deep insight into the aluminum processing industry, Michael Zint has a profound knowledge of the developments and challenges that are facing the industry, with particular expertise in the aluminum extrusion and profile processing market in Europe. At our enterprise, he places – in addition to digital transformation and international growth – sustainability as a crucial principle of action at the center of his ambitions for the group of companies.
Zint comes from beautiful Vorarlberg and remains very attached to his homeland.
Jan-Torben Keßler startete seine berufliche Karriere als Trainee in einem internationalen Konzern, nachdem er vorher ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre absolviert hatte.
Seit 20 Jahren ist er in verschiedenen kaufmännischen Führungspositionen in der chemischen Industrie und im Maschinenbau tätig. Seine beruflichen Stationen führten ihn dabei auch nach Argentinien und in die Niederlande.
Jan-Torben Keßler verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung im Finanzmanagement produzierender Unternehmen, sowohl in internationalen Konzernstrukturen als auch im Private Equity geführten Mittelstand. Dort konnte er strategische Transformationsprojekte umsetzen und professionelle Strukturen im Finanzbereich aufbauen.
Mit seiner Frau und den drei Kindern lebt er im Bergischen Land.
Jan-Torben Keßler began his professional career as a trainee in an international corporation after completing a degree in business administration.
For 20 years, he has been active in various managerial positions in the chemical industry and mechanical engineering. His professional journey also took him to Argentina and the Netherlands. Jan-Torben Keßler has extensive experience in financial management of manufacturing companies in international corporate structures and in privately equity-led medium-sized enterprises. In his roles, he implemented strategic transformation projects and established professional organizational structures in the financial domain.
Jan-Torben Keßler lives in the Bergisches Land with his wife and three children.
Oliver Reichel started his career in HR after completing his Master’s degree in Economics with a focus on Human Resources Management at the University of Frankfurt.
Since then, he has worked in HR for more than 20 years in various industries of multinational companies and held leadership positions in global teams in a fast-changing environment.
Oliver Reichel has an extensive international background and is used to working in agile organizations. He has gained experience in the execution of M&A and restructuring processes with a strong focus on the digitalization of HR processes.
He lives with his family near Monheim (North-Rhine-Westphalia).
As an experienced business IT specialist, Christian Hempell has been successfully contributing his expertise to the realignment of the IT of international companies for over 25 years. Here, he gained in-depth experience significantly in industrial and medium-sized businesses, including private equity.
Christian Hempell leads IT organizations for business process optimization and digitalization. He has extensive ERP project and change management experience and lives service orientation according to ITIL – the best practice framework for effective IT service management.
Christian Hempell lives with his wife in the Rhine-Main area and has an adult son.
Marcel Loman started his career in sales after studying international management and technical business administration.
Since then, he has worked for plus 20 years in various management and executive positions in different multinational companies.
Marcel Loman has always worked in international organizations. He is used to dealing with all disciplines of a company. He loves the dynamics of an organization and implementing change.
He lives with his family in Limburg (The Netherlands), is married, and has two daughters.
Tobias Schwalb is a graduate industrial engineer.
Since the beginning of his career, his focus, expertise, and passion have been in the automotive sector, where he worked for many years in various positions – also internationally. At apt, he is responsible for many of our customers in the automotive & transport sector as Managing Director at the Eckental site – in addition to the Business Development department.
Tobias Schwalb has his roots in Bavaria and currently lives in beautiful Bamberg.
