Developing aluminium further in a responsible manner
Active in organisations and associations
We are an active member of selected organisations and associations. These include the association of the aluminium industry (AD) and the association for the surface treatment of aluminium (VOA). Here, we are committed to the responsible future development of aluminium as a material in the industry, in particular in task groups which tackle the challenges of climate protection in a proactive manner.
Collaborations with international universities
In Germany, we also cooperate closely with RWTH Aachen University, the Technical University of Dortmund and the Fraunhofer Institute for Mechanics of Materials (IWM). In the Netherlands, we are involved in the platform “Meet the Youngsters”, where we work together locally with technical colleges and universities. In the Czech Republic, we work together with the University of West Bohemia (Pilsen).
