Aluminium is corrosion-resistant and light. It reduces the weight of utility vehicles such as buses, trucks and trailers. This in turn leads to higher payloads and a reduction of CO2 emissions and fuel consumption, as well as increasing the range. We can support you in implementing lightweight construction designs.

Bus

We develop and produce light chassis flaps as well as door frames for buses. Here, we process aluminium sheet metal and aluminium profiles into important components in a one-piece flow with the most modern automation technology. We can offer a large variety of versions according to your requirements – from luggage compartments to over-wheel, servicing and ventilation flaps, right up to fuel tank flaps. – Find out more!

Trailers

apt aluminium profiles can be found on curtainsiders, dumpers and box vehicles, among others. These are used, for example, for front bulkhead, rear- and side plates, rear doors and also for the underrun guard. We also produce further processed roof spars for curtainsiders which we saw, bend and mill according to your specifications. Here, we place great value on short cycle times to deliver your components just in time.

Delivery vehicles

Delivery vehicles are increasingly being used as battery-powered vehicles primarily for inner-city operation. Areas of application are mainly postal and package services. In both vehicles with conventional as well as alternative power, aluminium is the material of choice because it is functional, light and can be recycled.
