We are currently developing a compliance management system that will gradually support the implementation of these requirements. This system is designed not only to ensure legal compliance but also to help sustainably implement internal company standards and ethical principles. We view compliance as an integral part of our corporate culture and daily operations.

Employees, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders are often the first to notice irregularities and can use their information to help uncover, investigate, prosecute, and prevent violations of the law. In this respect, they assume responsibility for society and therefore deserve protection from disadvantages that could threaten them as a result of their report or discourage them from making such reports.
By intervening in good time, liability claims and reputational damage can be avoided, which may be associated with a subsequent external disclosure. Adequate protection for whistleblowers is therefore a key component of our compliance system, which promotes a positive error culture.
