To optimize response and delivery times, we also carry out further processing of our customers’ tailor-made aluminium profiles. Here, too, we have access to state-of-the-art processes for forming and shaping, sawing and cutting, CNC turning and milling, and so on. We can realize both small and large series at attractive prices and with absolute adherence to delivery dates. Approximately 20,000 tons of aluminium pass through our processing department every year.

Our 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis milling machines offer the highest quality and speed in aluminum machining. We also have CNC vacuum milling machines, as well as horizontal and vertical CNC lathes. We can produce CNC aluminum profiles for manufacturers up to a length of 14.5 meters.

We use automated punching and nibbling machines to process aluminium profiles and sheets into lightweight products for series production. This gives you your product with the optimum cut-outs. You benefit from top quality and minimal material costs.

Friction Stir Welding (FSW)
Together with RRS SCHILLING GmbH, we have integrated Friction Stir Welding (FSW) into our production process. This joining method enables high-strength, tight, and low-distortion connections without melting the material. The friction and pressure create a homogeneous weld seam – ideal for demanding applications such as battery housings. By retrofitting an existing CNC machine, we combine precision, cost efficiency, and sustainability in the further processing of aluminium profiles.
