We use advanced prototyping and simulation methods to develop tailor-made solutions efficiently and precisely. We use virtual modeling and realistic simulations to ensure optimum design and early validation of profile properties. This enables us to reduce development times and ensure the highest quality standards.
We develop the optimum profile for your application that meets weight-saving, functional and aesthetic requirements. We use a 3D printer to produce a prototype of your profile geometry in FDM or ASA in preparation for series production.
We are experts when it comes to the development of extreme heat sinks with narrow tongue ratios. We use computer-aided simulations to test heat dissipation.
