Surface finishing

Aluminum recycling
We recycle up to 18,000 tons of aluminium in-house every year. This involves process scrap, which is remelted into round ingots. Strict quality management ensures that the round ingots produced meet the highest quality requirements.
Aluminum extrusion
Precise, individual and sustainable – thanks to innovative and fully automated process technology, we set standards in aluminum extrusion. Our high-tech extrusion lines produce 80,000 tons of aluminium per year for our international customers.

A total annual capacity of up to 80,000 tons is available at two state-of-the-art production sites. Production takes place on six aluminum extrusion presses with press forces between 8 MN and 35 MN, ensuring flexible and high-performance processing of a wide range of profile requirements. The main alloys processed are EN AW-6060, -6063, -6005A and -6082; other alloy types are also available on request.
