Trailers (Car and Truck)
Our aluminium solutions are used in a wide variety of commercial vehicle types such as curtainsiders, dump trucks, and box trucks. Typical applications include front and side walls, rear doors, and components for underride protection.
For curtainsiders, we manufacture custom-made roof beams up to 13.5 m in length, which we precisely cut, bend, and mill according to your specifications. Short throughput times and just-in-time delivery ensure your process stability – from individual profiles to ready-to-install components.
Interior fittings made of aluminium for delivery vehicles
Urban delivery traffic demands increasing efficiency, functionality, and sustainability – especially in the postal, parcel, and food sectors. Aluminium is the ideal material: lightweight, corrosion-resistant, durable, and 100% recyclable.

Whether it’s a luggage compartment flap, ventilation flap, fuel filler flap, or over-wheel running flap: with the LiteFlap lightweight construction concept from apt, you can significantly reduce the weight of flaps on coaches and intercity buses. The unique design saves up to 38% of the usual weight, thereby lowering costs, material consumption, and CO2 emissions. The flaps, which are made entirely of aluminium, are made in Germany and therefore promise reliably high quality and short delivery times. The flaps can be adapted to your design and fit seamlessly into the overall concept of your bus.
