CoolFusion makes it possible to realize heatsink profiles with extremely high tongue ratios, resulting in better heat transfer performance. This efficiency is not possible with traditional one-piece extruded profiles.

The modular design of the CoolFusion heat sinks reduces the susceptibility to tool breakage, as the cooling fins can be manufactured in an optimized length.
