EXTRUSION – HIGH QUALITY AND RELIABLE

Our technology

Our innovative and fully automated process technology enables us to process aluminium alloys into high quality extrusion profiles. We can also produce complex cross sections reliably and accurately, with surface finishing (e.g. anodising) if required.

With our seven high-tech extrusion lines, we have an extrusion capacity of 80,000 tonnes per year:

The result

CAD-supported die design and CNC manufacturing enable us to achieve the highest possible accuracy. We also use state-of-the-art technologies such as flying saws and isothermal presses to maximise productivity.
